General Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead and coordinate our office operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing a variety of administrative and managerial tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing office systems and procedures, managing office staff, and facilitating effective communication across departments. With a focus on efficiency and productivity, the Office Manager will work closely with various in-house teams to maintain a collaborative and well-organized work environment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills for building relationships within the team and managing a diverse range of internal projects. The ideal candidate will have access to a range of resources and support to ensure the effective management of our office space and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain industry relationships, offering exceptional client assistance.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining files, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Coordinate staff training and professional development activities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office space, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment.
  • Address client inquiries, manage complaints, and provide assistance.
  • Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three years in the audio, video, or broadcast industry.
  • At least three years in a office or managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and oral English.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
